JRT recognizes that Foremen have the increased responsibility to run the projects. As such we want to not only compensate them for this responsibility but incent our Journeyman to strive to gain the skills and experience to begin running projects.  JRT defines a Foremen as having the ultimate responsibility of running a project.

 

All Foremen will have an additional (2) paid holidays which are Independence Day & Labor Day. They will also receive an ADDITIONAL number of PTO hours as listed below based on their TENURE AS A FOREMAN.
